Your contact information, including your mobile number, will only be used to provide the services you requested and will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties for marketing purposes. Mandirlok may share limited data with contracted service providers solely for the purpose of delivering services or managing communication systems (e.g., Twilio).

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: We share your booking details (name, phone, WhatsApp) with the assigned pandit so they can perform your pooja. We may share data with trusted third-party vendors who assist in delivering our Services (e.g., payment processors like Cashfree, communication platforms like Twilio).
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government regulation.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.
Payment Data
🔒 We do not store your payment card details. All payments are processed securely by Cashfree, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Mandirlok only receives a payment confirmation and transaction ID. Please refer to Cashfree's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle your payment data.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our Services and fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. We retain your booking data for up to 3 years for tax and audit compliance. OTP codes are automatically deleted after 10 minutes. Some data may be retained longer if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., dispute resolution, fraud prevention).
Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
